The Lift: The Monte Pana chairlift is the primary connection from the village of Santa Cristina to the sunny Monte Pana high plateau. This gentle ride offers beautiful views of the Sassolungo group and delivers guests to a tranquil alpine pasture, perfect for families and those seeking relaxation. The plateau sits at an altitude of around 1600 to 1800 meters. Winter: Monte Pana is a paradise for beginners, families, and cross-country skiers, with several gentle slopes and ski lifts. While not directly on the Sellaronda, it connects to it via the Mont de Sëura chairlift, offering access to the wider Dolomiti Superski area for more advanced skiers. Summer: In summer, the lift provides access to a hub of activity. It's the starting point for numerous hiking trails, including the 'Pana Raida' family adventure trail. The area also features mountain bike rentals, a zipline, and beautiful paths leading towards the Alpe di Siusi.
